NBA fans everywhere are impatiently awaiting the 2012-13 season. Luckily for some Los Angeles Clippers fans, Wednesday night's scrimmage served as a little preview of what the season could have in store.

Fans were invited to watch the Clippers' intra-squad game at the Galen Center.

Yesterday was the fifth day of training camp for the Clippers, and their preseason will begin in just two days.

Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan, Lamar Odom and Caron Butler, to name a few, were hyped up, along with Clipper Darrell who was sitting amongst the audience.

What was most interesting during the game was the fact that the Clippers showcased effective communication between the teammates, something that will benefit them during the actual season.

The team was already playing like a family, even joking around and laughing during some plays. With two of its new additions, Lamar Odom and Matt Barnes, the team felt whole.

The Clippers looked determined and prepared, and the audience recognized that.

Despite his recent injury, Griffin was hustling down the court, with a couple of steals, many of his infamous dunks and even an alley-oop.

Chris Paul, Grant Hill and Chauncey Billups sat out during the scrimmage due to their injuries but the audience didn’t fail to notice their absence, chanting their names whenever they got the chance.

Nevertheless, the bench came out strong and the game was pretty heated all night with both teams, white and blue, giving it their all. The game ended in a tie.

It looks like it’s going to be an exciting season for the Clippers and their fans. The Clippers hope to be one of the best teams in the West, right alongside the OKC Thunder, the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs.

One thing’s for sure: Clipper fans won’t be trick-or-treating this Halloween. Instead, they’ll be sitting at home in their costumes, eating candy while watching Blake Griffin fly across the court in the season opener.
