Adele’s “21” album was filled with heartbreak and revengeful songs.  From “Rolling in the Deep” to “Rumor Has It,” Adele hit the air waves with love-gone-wrong songs.  The songstress has stated that she gets emotionally driven when writing songs, with lyrics like "When I'm about to get angry in my heart, I can really feel my blood flowing around my body... And I kept going: 'Feel my heartbeat Paul!' And the beat of the song was my heartbeat... It just built and built." It was this type of emotional motivation that made her album “21” platinum in the UK and in the US.

The eight-time Grammy award-winner became the poster girl for “my man did me wrong” love songs.  But is that all Adele has to offer the music world?

We’re not so sure; Adele seems to be pass heartbreak.  Ever since the success of her "21" album, she has had a new beau, Simon Konecki, and recently welcomed a baby boy. In height of new love and a new baby, it seems Adele has no reason to be “rolling” around in her emotions, stating that she is “never writing a breakup record again, I’m done with being a bitter witch.”

Do we believe Miss Adele? Will she stray from her heartfelt ballads for more upbeat tempos?  Regardless, she is committed to topping “21,” telling Vogue that “I won’t come out with new music until it’s better than “21"."

Adele's most recent single is the new James Bond 007 theme song, “Skyfall.”  The song is completely different, the first of the myriad of songs coming from the new Adele.

The song “Skyfall” is seemingly nostalgic compared to the traditional theme song in the opening credits of each Bond film. In the song, she sings with a sensual and silky tone, unlike her belting tone in her previous hits.

I predict her new album to be a blend of saucy beats and sensual, smoky ballets - a mix of boldness yet forgiving sound. Whatever she comes out with be a hit because of her flawless voice.
