Henry Holland is bringing the 90's back with a vengeance. His 90's-inspired Spring 2013 collection was titled “Buzz Kill”. Apparently, the House

of Holland girl needs an attitude adjustment in the form of huge flower prints and look-at-me highlighter yellow.

Rave music blasted as bronzed models in tie-dye, neon and daring prints paraded down the runway. Even so, as slouchy dungarees and covetable dresses, with a few bare midriffs in the mix, the loud colors and prints were modern. The clothes were statement-making and irreverent but never tacky. The models’ glowing skin and natural, messy hair was accessorized with printed round-framed sunglasses or jeweled beanies, contributing to the atmosphere of laid-back cool. Anything that wasn’t a zany print or color was metallic, including daring motorcycle jackets and lace-up ankle boots in various colors.

As crazy as it was, the collection was full of pieces that would work for all kinds of events, from neon yellow button ups to plum and gold floral dresses. Just be ready to turn a few heads.
