The MTV Video Music Awards are here! Here’s a round-up of the best and worst dressed on the red carpet this year.
THE BEST DRESSED LIST
1. Miley CyrusWith her blond pompadour hair making headlines, Miley Cyrus is the center of attention at the VMAs as she stuns the audience in an Emilio Pucci dress. Her look effortlessly combines edgy with feminine.

Since drastic haircuts seem to be all the rage, it is only natural that Rihanna will follow suit. She chopped her hair only hours before the red carpet into a cute pixie look. White dress, red lipstick and black eyeliner: Rihanna’s keeping it classy.

Always a pleasant sight to see, Taylor Swift looks extremely pretty and mature in her white pantsuit. The blond hair and the red lipstick match the look, but perhaps she looks too old? I would really like to see her in something younger.
