Reuters reported that late on Friday, a former victim of assistant football coach, Jerry Sandusky, filed a lawsuit against the university. His is the third case brought against the university due to Sandusky's sexual misconduct.

Sandusky was convicted in June of 45 counts of sexual abuse of 10 boys and faces a prison term of up to 373 years when he is sentenced soon.

Victim 1, known in court as "John Doe C" said that Sandusky performed oral sex on him 12 times when he was 13 or 14 years old. The victim also testified that the former assistant coach also touched his genitals and had the boy perform oral sex on him.
