The Obama Administration's new rule will grant an estimated 47 million women access to free contraception, as well as a horde of preventive health services, TPMDC reported.

The rule allows for a free annual visit for adult females to “to obtain the recommended preventive services that are age and developmentally appropriate, including preconception and prenatal care.”
