Marchesa Introduces New Fragrance

September will feature the launch of Parfum d'Extase, Marchesa's first fragrance created by Firmenich's Annie Buzantian. With iris, freesia, young violet leaves, jasmine, ambrox and musk as its notes, the scent is reminiscent of the brand's elegant eveningwear and is expected to complement it perfectly.
The bottle as well exudes luxury as it is topped with crystals in the shape of a bow. "We looked at our handbags and the signature crystals they have, and we really wanted to incorporate that element," designer Georgina Chapman told Womenswear Daily.
The fragrance will be available exclusively at Sephora in two sizes priced at $60 and $85 as well as a rollerball version priced at $25.
