Katie Holmes applied for divorce from Tom Cruise Friday, and has moved out of her apartment with Cruise, taking their 6-year-old daughter Suri with her. Holmes and Cruise were married in November 2006 following a brief but very public romance, which has provided such pop culture talking points as Cruise's couch bounce. Holmes reportedly applied for divorce over "irreconcilable differences." Both parties have stayed out of the public spotlight, Holmes in NYC and Cruise in Iceland working on his upcoming film "Oblivion."
