Always happy to collaborate, beauty brand MAC has announced its new line of cosmetics inspired by Betty Cooper and Veronica Lodge of Archie Comics. The collection is rumored to have a full color palette that can be used to recreate the iconic looks sported by these two ladies in the comics, however, only the logo has been released so far.

MAC kicked off the San Diego Comic Con with the announcement of this line which will be available in stores in Spring 2013. The illustrator of the comics, Dan Parent, was present at the Gaslamp district MAC store on Wednesday and Thursday where he demonstrated comic book illustration to his fans.
