Snoop Dogg is going from canine to feline. Wait, he’s not actually either, but the notoriously green-friendly rapper has released a reggae track, “La La La,” under the name Snoop Lion. (Billboard)

Can’t get enough Conan? The carrot-topped comedian is producing a show with fellow funnyman Pete Holmes for TBS. (Vulture)

From King Henry to one of the most notorious vampires of all time: Jonathan Rhys Meyers is sinking his teeth (ha, ha) into a new NBC “Dracula” series. Man, networks are really working this fairytale/myth angle. (Deadline)

On the one hand, more Middle Earth movies! On the other hand… more Middle Earth movies? That’s right, Peter Jackson is in talks to extend “The Hobbit” into yet another movie, making it a trilogy. To be fair, it’s a production setup he’s rather familiar with. (The Hollywood Reporter)

“Call Me Maybe” round 2, it is not, but Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City perk things up in the music video for their single “Good Time.” Watch the vid below. (Jezebel)
