Happy Independence Day, NT readers! Here’s today’s entertainment roundup:

Aaand that’s at least another tribute set. The feisty Johanna Mason from “Catching Fire” and “Mockingbird” is set to be played by Jena Malone (“Saved,” “Sucker Punch”). (The Hollywood Reporter)

What’s J.K. Rowling been up to post-Harry Potter world? Writing a non-children’s novel, naturally. The cover art for “The Casual Vacancy” is out, and it’s devoid of all wizarding elements. (EW)

Sharon Stone gets her mothering on in a mother-daughter relationship indie, creatively called “Mother’s Day.” (Variety)

Adam Levine joins the facial hair club with a mustache – but it’s just for his role in the upcoming film “Can A Song Save Your Life?” (People)

Politics and pop culture collide in the upcoming Batman film. Vermont senator Patrick Leahy is making a cameo in “The Dark Knight Rises.” Leahy had previously made a cameo in 2008’s “The Dark Knight.” (Deadline)
