Three More Testify Against Sandusky On Third Day Of Trial

The NY Daily News reports that that wasn't the only instance of abuse for Victim 10. On another occasion, he was in Sandusky's car when the latter asked him to perform oral sex on him. Victim 10 refused and once more got threatened by Sandusky. Shaken, the witness performed the sex act Sandusky asked for.
The second accuser, Victim 7, NBC News reports, took the stand and told the jury how when he first met the former coach in 1995 (at age 10), Sandusky would grab his knees and "eventually would move his hand up my leg."
"If I was wearing shorts, his hands would go up my leg towards my groin area," he said. If he was wearing longer pants, he said, Sandusky would reach in and "touch my penis."
Victim 7 also testified that the coach would shower naked with him and embrace him in bed during camp sleepovers.
To keep him silent, Sandusky gave the boy much-coveted tickets to Penn State football games for over 12 years.
The last witness of the day, WNEP reports, was John McQueary, the father of Assistant Coach Mike McQueary. John McQueary reported how after hearing his son's shocking testimony of having walked in on Sandusky raping a boy in the shower, he urged him to report it to his immediate superior, head coach Joe Paterno. A couple of months later, during a meeting John McQueary had with PSU Vice President, Gary Schultz, he also brought up Mike's testimony.
“Schultz said he had heard noise about this before, earlier than Mike’s report,” said John McQueary.
Gary Schultz is currently facing trial for perjury and failure to report child abuse. After Mike McQueary's report in 2001, Schultz did no further investigating into the matter and then lied about what he knew to a garden jury.
Jerry Sandusky, who was at the defense table listening to all these testimonies, appeared calm and collected, The AP reports:
"An expressionless Sandusky sat mostly still at the defense table during his testimony, occasionally turning his head to look the accuser in the eye."
Three more victims are still scheduled to testify. In spite of all these testimonies, Jerry Sandusky continues to deny all 52 counts of abuse.
