Police have arrested the suspect accused of mailing dismembered body parts to Vancouver schools in Paris.

Luka Rocco Magnotta, a 29-year-old porn actor, allegedly murdered his 33-year-old boyfriend, a Concordia University student, and posted a video of the killing online.  

Magnotta also allegedly mailed the victim's right hand and foot to the headquarters of Canada's two main political parties in Ottawa.
