An update on the fatal stage collapse in Toronto this past Saturday: The victim of the accident was a drum technician for Radiohead, who were due to play on the stage before the top part fell, killing him and injuring 3 others. (EW)

Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only cast member of the Lifetime movie “Liz and Dick” to suffer from exhaustion. Two members of the crew also took temporary leaves from the 20-hour a day shoot due to exhaustion. (Deadline)
