Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah” movie is coming together, with Noah’s two sons Ham and Shem getting cast. Logan Lerman is confirmed for Ham, and Douglas Booth will be playing Shem. (Deadline)

Man, remember the “Scary Movie” franchise? Well, it’s back, and this time Ashley Tisdale will be leading the ensemble cast in a film that parodies, among other things, “Black Swan.” (Vulture)

Singer-songwriter Fiona Apple opens up about her highly anticipated upcoming album “The Idler Wheel…” in an interview that also contains a listen to a track off of it called “Every Single Night.” (Pitchfork)

Casting musicians for acting parts can sometimes be tricky, but this latest one seems proming. Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins is in talks to play Iggy Pop in the upcoming film “CBGB,” about the famous punk club. (The Hollywood Reporter)

You’d think this would’ve happened sooner, but better late than never: Mary-Kate Olsen went brunette at the CFDA Fashion Awards last night. (Celebuzz)
