A Radiohead concert scheduled for Saturday in Toronto, Canada, has been cancelled following the show's stage collapse.

The stage was being set up in Toronto's Downsview Park when the top part of the stage collapsed at around 4 p.m. EST. Workers were still setting up for the show, as the venue was set to open in an hour.

Some concert goers were already gathered for the sold-out show outside the venue, which can hold as many as 40,000 people.

Officials confirmed that one person had been killed in the accident, while at least three other people had been sent to the hospital with injuries.

Shortly after the collapse, both the venue and Live Nation, which had been promoting the show, cancelled the show.
