One In Five American’s Aren’t Online, New Study Shows
Many of those who do not use the Internet are older, less educated and in the lower class. For many, a computer is too expensive and since they do not know how to use the computer, a waste of time.
Adults with disabilities are also less likely to use the Internet.
The people who aren’t online don’t use email, read newspapers online or do any of the other things many Americans do multiple times a day, according to the Global Post.
