Trayvon Martin, a young black teen, was shot and killed while walking home to his father's house after purchasing snacks at a local convenience store.  George Zimmerman, the man who shot Martin, claimed he killed the teen in self-defense.  Many were skeptical of Zimmerman's story and questioned how an unarmed teen could pose a threat to a grown man with a gun.

Newly released 911 audio tapes seem to squash any doubt of Zimmerman's guilt.  Martin can be heard screaming for help and begging for his life before Zimmerman fired a round that ended the kid's life.  Zimmerman can be heard claiming Trayvon seemed suspicious and he told the 911 operator, "These assholes always get away."  The youngest witness to the shooting, Austin McLendon, 13, still has problems dealing with what he saw.

According to the Huffington Post:

"They still haven't arrested him yet," Austin said, his chin tucked low. "That's pretty much the main thing that's upsetting me."

George Zimmerman, who is white, according to the Chicago Tribune, has yet to be arrested for his apparent actions.  I can't remember another case where a person was shot and killed, and the shooter wasn't even booked for questioning.  Zimmerman should be arrested, at least while further investigation takes place.

Witness testimonies, 911 audio tapes, and one dead boy.  How much do police need before they make an arrest?  The most disturbing and depressing fact in the case is that it seems if you're black, justice takes longer for you. Will justice be served at all?

Police in Sanford, Fla. should live up to their commitment to serve and protect their citizens. George Zimmerman, the loose cannon parading around as a neighborhood watchman, must be held accountable.

The real bottom line is that morons like you, Sharpton, Jackson and others seem to know exactly what happened, even though they weren't there. I guess you all should be charged since you already know everything about the case and didn't stop it. One day you might grow up and realize that most times the facts after being evaluated may change from the perceptions created by those that are quick to jump to conclusions. Maybe you should all take a breath and, as President Obama said, wait for a full investigation, then go forward. There is no difference between a KKK lynch mob and the hate being drummed up by opportunists (like Sharpton, etc) who are only interested in this for the money that they will make from the tragedy.
If you have a shred of intelligence, allow the investigation to be completed and then a trial. Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? I guess that works only if it's you. This isn't a TV drama and it isn't completed in an hour.

As disgusting as it was to hear the Trayvon Martin 911 tapes in their entirety, it was almost as appalling to hear the 911 operators sounding so inept. Those really were the worst 911 operators, one talks this asshole "Zimmerman" through the paintball "field house", like it was "Charlie Sheen calling in an airstrike in platoon. Clearly, there was nothings they were able to add to the investigative process, because these tapes should have had him locked up as a vigilante if nothing else. In one tape the 911 operator indicates that "she can't here the boy screaming anymore". That operator should make it her business to impress upon the police officer of the department the error of their way, especially after hearing a full one minute and thirty seconds of the 911 tape of that innocent boy screaming. The 911 operator is an actual witness to this crime. Call the FBI. Somebody. Whistle-blow this shit.

So that is what you want to concentrate on? The 911 oprator? The bottom line is this was a hate crime. There are several bad guys here. Zimmerman. The police department and the legistlators that made it so easy for people to kill and use self defense as a get out of jail card. Yes there is a justifiable case for self defense, but this is not one of them.
