With the Denver Broncos locking up new quarterback Peyton Manning to a five-year contract, many are left to wonder what the team will do with last year's quarterback: Tim Tebow.

Tebow generated much attention last season when he took the starting quarterback position from Kyle Orton after the Broncos' 1-4 start and guided the team to a 7-4 record and a playoff victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

While the young quarterback has a completion percentage of under 50 percent, his unquestionable leadership and running capabilities makes him an attractive choice to some NFL teams. So who really is in the market for the 2007 Heisman winner?

Jacksonville Jaguars

What the Jaguars can offer Tebow that the Broncos never could is an owner that believes in him. Shahid Khan, the Jags' new owner, has already publicly praised Tebow multiple times and even said that if he had been the owner two years ago, he would have definitely drafted the quarterback. Tebow, a Florida native and former Gator, would probably be comfortable playing in the familiar terrain. Not to mention, there would be an already formed fan base in northern Florida, prepared to embrace bringing Tebow-mania back home.

From an economic standpoint, it would also make sense for the Jaguars to trade for Tebow. The revenue they would make from selling tickets to Tebow fans could easily offset his $3.1 million salary cap figure. Most importantly, this move could be the splash that Khan has wanted to make since purchasing the team in December. It would put the Jags into media relevance after not having a winning season since 2007.

New England Patriots

Tebow certainly would not be playing quarterback there but that doesn't mean that his skills would go to waste in New England. Coach Bill Belichick is nothing if not an offensive genius who can spot good football players even if he has to change their primary position. Playing for the  Patriots would allow Tebow to grow as a football player without the pressure of having to win to satisfy the ticket-buying fans (who sell out Gillette Stadium anyway). Plus, no one would argue that they should start Tebow and bench Tom Brady, so it wouldn't be much of a controversial move.

With Matt Flynn signing with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, the Packers are in desperate need of a backup for quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Similar to the situation with the New England Patriots, there wouldn't be very much argument between Tebow and Rodgers about who should start. Trading for the quarterback also wouldn't cost the Packers very much – something like a mid-round draft choice could probably secure it – which is something that the Packers could easily give up.

Miami Dolphins

Although the Dolphins just recently signed free agent David Garrard, there is still a decent chance for them to pick up Tebow. Again, Tebow has a history of playing and winning in the state of Florida. Owner Stephen Ross must also be a little bit worried about ticket sales and Tebow would solve a lot of those problems. Dolphins tickets sold like hotcakes when Tebow came to town last season. However, because Miami is predominantly a passing team, Tebow’s rushing abilities might not be utilized as well there.

New York Jets

The Jets represent yet another team that has committed to another quarterback this offseason -- current starter Mark Sanchez was signed to a three-year extension earlier in March. And yet the team has "real" interest in trading for Tebow, according to Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger. Tebow would certainly fit in well with new Jets offensive coordinator Tony Sparano, who used many "Wildcat" offensive formations in Miami and could mesh well with Tebow's running abilities.
