Rick Santorum won the Kansas Republican caucuses and rival Mitt Romney leads Wyoming, the Associated Press reported.

Santorum picked up at least 30 of the state's 40 delegates, according to the AP, and called it a "comfortable win." Romney did not campaign in Kansas.

Romney also won all 18 delegates from Guam and Northern Mariana Islands caucuses Saturday, CNN reported.

The delegate count was in favor of Romney, however, with his 440 delegates compared to Santorum's 213. Newt Gingrich had 107 and Ron Paul had 46.

A candidate needs 1,144 delegates to become the Republican presidential nominee at the national convention in Tampa next August.

Romney had five of the 12 delegates in Wyoming, Santorum had two, Paul had one and one was uncommitted, the AP reported.

Romney did not make any campaign appearances Saturday. He won six of 10 Super Tuesday states earlier this week, the AP reported. The candidates will move on to close races in Tuesday primaries in Alabama and Mississippi.

According to the AP, Santorum told reporters he was confident "that we can win Kansas on Saturday and come into Alabama and Mississippi, and this race should come down to two people."
