All hail the queen of entertainment! At age 53, Madonna manages to descend generations and decades while remaining the queen of pop music with a spectacular performance at Super Bowl XLV.

Taking the field, dressed as an Egyptian queen, Madonna stayed true to the beginning of her super stardom, lacing her halftime performance with the classics “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer.”

The show, however, stayed modern and turned towards today’s generation featuring appearances from LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, Cee-Lo Green and M.I.A. Spectacular visuals and choreography made up for a few minor slips and trips while a marching band and cheerleading set kept the performance in theme for a sporting event.

Yes, there were no huge slipups and it was overall a good show, but it’s hard to ignore the fact that Madonna is nonetheless...53-years-old. Although her backup dancers put on a stellar performance, Madonna herself seemed a little behind, and even a little awkward when it came to certain dance moves. Time has clearly taken its toll on the singer physically but her vocals and excitement remain spectacular.

Madonna’s voice sounds like it did fifteen years ago and with the help of a few current stars and the creations of a spectacular tech team, she managed to put on a performance that was both relatable to her older fans and fresh and modern for the new generation.

I just have one question: Is Ron Artest now sending his message of world peace through well positioned lighting?

Why don't you save your negative comments? You are saying that Madonna was behind…Are you jealous? Were you seeing the performance with a notepad writing all of this down? What about the other girls that do not even move.
If it was Michael Jackson I’m sure you would be mentioning that he was a freak or some other negative comments that you and other write. I would like to know what you look like.

Jonathan, you can't spell. It's "you're", not "your". Go read a book.
