Europe Deadly Cold Snap Wears On
A homeless man in France was found frozen to death Sunday, bringing the total number of fatalities in the week-long European Arctic cold snap to 306, the Telegraph reported.
More than half the fatalities have come from Eastern Europe, with 131 dead in Ukraine and 53 in Poland, according to the New York Times.
