Santorum Booed for Gay Marriage Comments in New Hampshire

While engaged in a question-and-answer session with college students in Concord, Santorum was asked about his thoughts on gay marriage.
Same-sex marriage is legal in the Granite State and Santorum has previously gone on record opposing gay marriage.
“Are we saying everyone should have the right to marry? So anyone can marry anyone else? So anybody can marry several people?” Santorum asked.
“Well, what about three men?” Santorum responded to a female student who asked him about his position on same-sex marriage. “If reason says that if you think it’s OK for two, then you have to differentiate with me as to why it’s not OK for three.”
At one point in the session, Santorum urged the crowd to be civil or he would move on to another discussion topic.
Some in the Concord crowd agreed with Santorum, but many booed Santorum as he left the stage.

"For God so loved the world He gave His only Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent His Son into the world not to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved." In the New Testament He did not condemn the woman at the well for living with five or six men one at a time or five at a time. He just loved her as she was and that made such an impression on her that she wanted to change. Love can build a bridge, condemnation doesn't make us anything but mad. I know from experience that God can change our want to's a little at a time or all at once but at the outset it is always our choice. The Bible does say that a homosexual life is not natural and I believe that it is wrong, but so is adultry and fornication regardless of gender with which it takes place. Morality alone, will not save us either. That is why we need to hear time and time again that Jesus died on the cross for us. The human race cannot save itself no matter how hard we try or how great a life we lead. Somewhere along the line we will have failed to live up to God's standards.
In the Old Testament gay activities were considered an abomination as well as the New Testament. Sin is sin and we are all sinners. Gays have made their choice and their choice is their own but that still doesn't make it right. God doesn't hate anyone but at the judgment seat we will all be judged for our life styles. He will judge all of us then but in the meantime be sure that same sex marriages is unnatural. I for one would not want to live that way now. Jesus Christ, who will personally rule over this earth someday has changed my want too's. And I want to be part of his kingdom now and forever. I thank Him for all He has done for me..
Also...God Bless You,I will pray for you and continue to love my fictional character,Jesus Christ
When you talk about bigotry you must also talk about democrats as well as republicans. It was the democrats who first began the "KKK" and it was also the Democrats who did not want to end slavery, the plantation owners of the south were democrats,it took a republican president to free them..you can spew your hate for the republican party and their bigotry...but facts are stubborn things, you can't change history.
Frankly, what you do with your life is your choice. We all have the opportunity to do right or wrong in this life, the choice is ours. But don't go around disparaging the beliefs of others when you purport to be a freedom loving American. A fictional character is Harry Potter, Jesus Christ is not. God Bless.
what is the biggest danger in rick santorum's candidacy?

The Republican Party have become the party of hate and bigotry against gays -- when human rights should be their mantra. Being left-handed or being gay is just as natural! The Republican Party is being manipulated by extreme religious lunatics; that are destroying the integrity and compassion of the United States -- against its own people. Kids are being bullied and committing suicide while the adults are basing their hateful beliefs on a fictional character! Insanity has overcome the United States! http://www.BogusHocusPocus.com
Just to let you know...Obama is AGAINST gay marriage also....Obama thinks marriage is between a man and a woman to...But you don't call Obama a bigot,it's just those republicans who want to destroy the American way of life. There are a lot of liberals who think marriage is between a man and a woman, thats why measure 8 passed in California in 2008,the most liberal state in the union....people just don't like having an agenda shoved down their throats, right or left.Who's this mythical character you speak of...JESUS...this country was founded "one nation under God" The founders praised and worshipped Jesus on government property and used the Marine marching band to worship.
"One Nation Under God" wasn't on our money until the 1950s. It's propaganda BS. This country was not only founded on the principles of religious freedom, but also on the principles of separate church and state. The reason the settlers escaped England in the first place was because they didn't want a state-supported (mandated, actually) church. Also, California is far from the most liberal state in the union. You're just assuming it is because it seems right.
