Sources tell TMZ Klum will file divorce papers in Los Angeles and will cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

In addition, Access Hollywood has a source that confirms the marriage is over. “It’s true and it’s a sad end to the fairytale. They love each other very much, but they have had a very tense time in the last year.”

At last Sunday’s Golden Globes, Klum attended the event without her husband. The media, however, never suggested it was because of marriage problems.

The couple have three biological children together. Seal adopted Klum’s eldest daughter from a prior relationship. 

The couple is well known for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary. Last May, Klum told Good Housekeeping weeks before an anniversary ceremony that Seal is, “the most charming, loving, fun, gentlemanly, inspirational man I could have wished for. He always makes me feel I’m the only woman in the world.”
