5. Natalie Portman

The usually effortlessly chic Natalie Portman looks like she is wearing an old prom dress that has too much fabric added on the side...or that Victoria Secret Pink made it.

4. Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s blue-and-white tie-dye Monique Lhuillier gown, which apparently her 2-year-old had a hand in picking out, looks more like Gellar’s daughter’s art experiment than a red carpet look. Although the asymmetrical draping is chic, the blue watercolor print just does not work.

3. Madonna

Even though Madonna leaves as a winner for Best Original Song, she does not triumph with this frock. The top half of the Reem Acra gown is a glamorous silver, but the train is just…a train wreck. There is too much going on there, which makes it look like a big mess.

2. Piper Perabo

The presenter Piper Perabo looks like she is wearing a parachute in this see-through Theyskens' Theory ball gown. The puffiness of the dress looks tacky and does not flatter her figure one bit.

1. Kelly Osbourne

Is Kelly Osbourne trying to impersonate an alien? As if the grey hair was not enough already, her Zac Posen gown is a disaster. The ill-fitting and pointy-shouldered dress make an ensemble that should not be repeated.
