In the heat of a custody battle, Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, is practically begging for the judge to have him drug tested. She claims that the R&B superstar “pops pills” and “who knows what else” in front of their two boys (Usher Raymond V, 3, and Naviyd, 2).

Usher, who has joint custody of the children, is refusing to take the drug test saying that the accusations are “frivolous and unfounded” and that Tameka is only demanding the drug test to embarrass and harass him.

Tameka however is calling Usher’s bluff, saying that the longer the judge waits to drug test the singer, the more time he has to clear his system from the illegal substances. On these grounds, Usher is asking the judge to test him, and test him quickly!

Tameka and Usher were married for two years before their divorce in 2009. Since then, there has been nothing but drama between the ex-couple. In recent times, in addition to accusing Usher of pill popping, Usher’s ex-wife is saying that the star has failed to uphold his part of legal obligations.

For instance, she says Usher has failed to give her money for a nanny each month and now owes her $34,000. She also complained that since there has been a “substantial change in [Usher’s] income” she should be receiving more money per month in child support. The most heinous of Tameka’s complaints is that Usher canceled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, despite promises that he wouldn’t.

Though the majority of what Tameka is upset about is materialistic, some of her complaints are actually centered around her kids!

Allegedly, Usher has failed to allow her to watch her kids when he’s away for more than eight hours, give her child custody for Christmas last year, allow her to take their kids for a two week summer vacation or get her approval of nannies that he’s hired.

It looks like Usher's got it bad because this custody battle could be getting nasty!
