Daily Hollywood – “X-Factor” Winner, Did Trump Discover Lady Gaga And More

Spoiler Alert: “X-Factor” fans have decided on a winner. After a two-hour finale featuring performances from Justin Bieber, 50 Cent and Stevie Wonder, host Steve Jones announced Melanie Amaro was the winner of the first season. The singer, compared to Leona Lewis, won $5 million and is expected to have a record deal in the near future. (from Entertainment Weekly) 

The first season of the FX thriller, “American Horror Story,” may have completed its first season this week. However, the cast and network is still celebrating the show’s success after 3.22 million viewers tuned in for the finale. The high ratings made it the top-rated first season series in the network’s history. (via The Hollywood Reporter)

First "Playboy" and now Jag Jeans. After Lindsay Lohan appeared on the cover of “Playboy” which resulted in record sales, she is now the face of Jag Jeans.  The campaign has already been shot. The company believes Lohan, “embodies the strength and fearlessness of the woman of today… She is fierce yet exudes feminine grace.” (via E! Online)

Did Donald Trump discover Lady Gaga? According to the reality TV star and real estate mogul, he helped launch the star when he allowed her to perform at the Miss Universe pageant. “The next day, nobody was talking about Miss Universe, everybody was talking [about Gaga],” Trump said.
