It was a very Merry Christmas for Matthew McConaughey. The actor announced on his WhoSay account that he asked his longtime girlfriend and mother of his two children, Camila Alves, to marry him. It appears she said yes from the photo taken of the two kissing in front of their Christmas tree. (via Access Hollywood)

Is Maria Shriver having second thoughts about divorcing Arnold Schwarzenegger? According to a new report, Shriver is torn partly because of her strong religious beliefs and Schwarzenegger’s attempts to win her back. Shriver filed for divorce on July 1 after learning Schwarzenegger was having an affair with a member of their house staff that resulted in a love child. (via TMZ

Demi Lovato is not happy with her old employer. The former Disney star went to her Twitter account to voice her anger that a character on the Disney Channel show, “Shake It Up,” said, “I could eat you up, well, if I ate.” Lovato, who went to rehab for a variety of reasons including bulimia tweeted, “Dear Disney Channel, EATING DISORDERS ARE NOT SOMETHING TO JOKE ABOUT…. I miss the days of RAVEN, and LIZZIE MCGUIRE.” Disney has decided to pull the episode. (via Entertainment Weekly)

What better way to celebrate New Years Eve than with a $600,000 paycheck? That appears to be the case for reality TV star Kim Kardashian. According to a new report, Kardashian will get the check after she appears at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas. Compare that to singer Fergie who is only getting paid $100,000 for an appearance at another Las Vegas hotel down the strip. (via Radar Online)
