Britney Spears and Jason Trawick (justjared.com)

The pop superstar, who just turned 30, was asked Thursday night during a private, romantic dinner in Las Vegas.  Trawick confirmed the news to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.

Spears went to her Twitter Friday morning to hint some big news had happened in her life. "OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo," Spears tweeted.

The couple first met in 2006 when Trawick began representing the superstar singer. At the time, Spears was married to ex-husband Kevin Federline. 

During Spears’ ups and downs, Trawick was one of the few people who stayed loyal to her. In May of 2010, the couple released a joint statement that read, “we have decided to end their professional relationship and focus on their personal relationship." 

In the December 12 issue of People Magazine, the article claims the relationship is a strong one that many family members support. “With boyfriend Jason Trawick firmly at her side, the pop star has turned her life around.” 

No wedding date has been announced.
