Allegations Of Ballot Fraud To Be Investigated, President Dmitry Medvedev Says

Following what many suspect was the largest antigovernment protest in Moscow in an outcry against alleged ballot fraud, Medvedev said on a Facebook comment an order was given to check into the allegations.
Russians citizens were outraged when video surfaced online of pro-Putin election employees allegedly filling out multiple ballots on the Dec. 4 election in a successful effort to advance Putin's United Russia party.
Tens of thousands then took to the street on a government sanctioned protest in Moscow demanding a Russia without Putin.
Breaking his two days of silence Medvedev finally spoke out on Facebook addressing the angry citizens saying, "I disagree with the slogans as well as with the speeches that were made at the rallies."
Still addressing those on Facebook, Medvedev also said instruction were given out to launch an investigation into the matter.
Despite Medvedev's efforts to settle the masses, many are still planning to protest what they say is a corrupt political party on the next planned rally on Dec. 24.
