The Supreme Court will hear President's Obama healthcare law with a ruling due by June.

So far, the country has been evenly divided on the issues, with 26 states asking for the law to be struck down.

At the heart of the debate is if all Americans should be required to have health insurance by 2014 or pay a fine.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the law has the approval of conservative judges.

"Only three of the 12 appellate judges who have reviewed the law have decided it is unconstitutional to require all Americans to have health insurance."

According to the Washington Post, the political implications will be great no matter the results of the ruling.

"As consequential as the decision will be, it’s far from clear what political impact it will have. Will the majority of Americans who disapprove of the law be satisfied if the law is struck down, and less inclined to vote the president out of office? Or will those who opposed ObamaCare be emboldened and determined to use the election to rip out what remains of ObamaCare?"
