Matthew Fox is countersuing Heather Bormann, a party bus driver who accused the actor of punching her in the private parts in August.

The foxy "Lost" actor was in Cleveland filming Tyler Perry’s movie “I, Alex Cross” when it all began. Bormann claims Fox drunkenly struck her in the chest, stomach, and vagina after her failed attempts to keep him out of the party bus.  Fox also reportedly demanded that she take him back to his hotel at the Carlton Ritz. In retaliation, she punched Fox on the mouth, leaving a cut on his lip.

Bormann proceeded to file a 25,000-dollar civil suit against Fox, claiming he "...suddenly and without provocation ... attacked [her] with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury."

Fox is now striking back by suing the bus driver for unspecified damages.  The actor says he has lost work due to “public hatred, contempt, ridicule and shame” that Bormann has inflicted upon her.
