The reality show star has gone into hiding since filing for divorce from NJ Nets basketball player Kris Humphires on October 31.

Kim reportedly will be missing her mother's birthday dinner as well as brother-in-law Lamar Odom's birthday dinner in order to steer clear of media paparazzi attack.

According to sources, only her friends and family currently know where she is.

Kim's divorce complicated Kardashian relations with the E! network, as Kim's "fairy tale wedding" which premiered on October 9 and 10 was set to repeat on the channel until the end of the year.

"Kourtney and Kim Take New York" is still scheduled to premiere on E! November 27. However, controversy over a preview clip has also caused tension.

The clip hints at problems in Kim and Kris' marriage as the couple jokingly argues over Kim returning to Minnesota, Kirs' homeroots.  Kim denies the gesture to which Kris replies, "by the time you have kids and they're in school, no one will probably care about you."

While the comment appears to be a joke, TMZ reported that a factor in the divorce was Kim's refusal to live in Minnesota with Kris.

David's Bridal is also dealing with the Kim K. divorce scandal aftermath as copies of Kim's three wedding dresses were put into production, set to hit stores in February.

Sources say it is "too late to stop" production and that company representatives fear of a large sales drop.

As for the couple themselves, each are handling it in their own way.

While Kim 'hides', in a statement Kris said that he was "devastated" that Kim filed for divorce and that he's "committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents."

Who knows, maybe the two will reconcile their differences as quickly as their marriage fell apart.
