Jail Time For Lindsay Lohan
In all likelihood however, Lohan, like most Californian inmates, will only serve 20 percent of that jail time due to jail overcrowding. In fact, some reports even claim she will get out in minutes.
Despite not having to serve house arrest, Lohan will have to attend regular psychotherapy sessions and continue performing community service.
Though Lohan’s service options have been narrowing down after being dismissed from her previous job at a women’s shelter and rejected from another shelter for being a bad role model, she has found a stable opportunity at the Los Angeles County Morgue. Though she was turned away for being 40 minutes late on her first day, she has been regularly volunteering since then and will continue to perform court-ordered janitorial work there.
