Newt Gingrich offered some advice to Occupy Wall Street protestors when he spoke to a Republican crowd in Iowa Saturday, “Go get a job, right after you take a bath.”

Gingrich told the crowd that the protestors “start with a premise that we owe them everything,” reports The Daily Beast. “They take over a public park they didn’t pay for, to go nearby to use bathrooms they didn’t pay for, to beg for food from places they don’t want to pay for.”

Gingrich’s complaints about the Occupy protestors were made at the First Federated Church in Des Moines, Iowa at the Thanksgiving Family Forum, a web-only debate Saturday.

The forum had a wooden table with a centerpiece of artificial pumpkins, according to Reuters. The event was moderated by Frank Luntz and attended by Michelle Bachmann, Herman Cain, Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick Perry and Rick Santorum.
