Lady Gaga may have been on to something when she wore a dress made out of meat to the MTV Video Music Awards last fall.  A new exhibit at Berlin’s Museum for Communications fuses together fashion and culinary art in an exhibit of clothing made entirely of food, the Huffington Post reports.

Creating necklaces out of quail eggs, garments out of dough, and skirts out of seaweed, Australian Chef Ronald Trettl and German photographer Helge Kirchberger are closing the gap between cuisine and costume. Unlike edible outfits of the past, these outfits are as delicious as they look; Trettl is a top Australian chef with a Michelin Star winning restaurant, Ikarus.

The exhibit located at Fashion Food in Germany opened Oct. 29 and will remain on display until January. If you can’t make it to Berlin to see it for yourself, you can check out some of the pictures here.  Now you can dress avant garde—bon appetit!
