"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," Moore’s representative said. "As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."

Kutcher was caught cheating with a San Diego woman, Sara Leal, on Sept. 24, which was his sixth wedding anniversary with Moore.

This was Kutcher’s first marriage and Moore’s third. She divorced Bruce Willis in 2000 after 13 years of marriage and they have three kids together — Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Before Willis, she was married to singer Freddy Moore.

The "Two and a Half Men" star and Moore made an attempt to salvage their marriage last weekend with a trip to Willis’ home in Turk and Caicos.  

"This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation," continued Moore’s statement.
