Sarah Silverman may not have her own Comedy Central show anymore, but she’s about to hit the small screen again in an even larger way: NBC has picked up the pilot of a show to be based on the comedienne’s life. (The Hollywood Reporter)
It’s only a matter of time before Hollywood puts out a Steve Jobs biopic, and there may already be one Oscar-ready contender in the ring: Aaron Sorkin has been offered the job of writing such a script by Sony, and naturally he’s interested. (E!)
Conan O’Brien is already on TBS, but his presence there is only getting larger: he’s producing a comedy for the channel, and the project has just cast its lead actors. (Deadline)
