Dr. Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of pop superstar Michael Jackson.

The jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of pop superstar Michael Jackson. The verdict will be read at 1 p.m.
Dr. Murray stands accused of abandoning Jackson and injecting him with a fatal dose of a powerful sedative in Jackson's mansion in Hombly Hills in 2009.
Tweeted LaToya Jackson, "Verdict is FINALLY IN!!! I'm on my way! I'm shaking uncontrollably!"
The jury had deliberated for a full day Friday and part of Monday morning before reaching their verdict at around 11 a.m.
Murray faces four years in prison and the loss of his medical licence if convicted.
Supporters and opponents of Dr. Murray have been demonstrating outside the Los Angeles courthouse for days.
