The holiday shopping season finally began at midnight on Friday when anxious customers lined-up to find the best Black Friday deals. Shoppers in Woodland Hills were eager to see what steals they could find and swarmed the local stores.

Best Buy customers waited in lines outside the store for over an hour just to begin shopping. Checkout lines were almost equally long at the Westfield Topanga mall's Target and Macy's.

Although the mall itself wouldn't open for hours, some customers even decided to camp outside of the mall's entrance.
