Dubai news station Al-Aan claims that it received video of Muammar Gaddafi’s funeral somewhere in the Sahara Desert. The video also appears to show both former Libyan dictator and his son inside caskets.

The funeral reportedly took place Tuesday at a secret location.

Muammar Gaddafi’s family is reportedly planning to sue NATO in the International Military Court. Gaddafi’s family cited “war crime charges” which they believe led to the late leader’s death last Thursday, according to the Agence France-Presse.
