Though she may have faded from the spotlight since she first stunned audiences on “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2009, Susan Boyle is back making headlines, but this time for her documentary.

“Susan Boyle: An Unlikely Superstar” is set for its U.S. premiere November 6th on TLC, according to the Hollywood Reporter

The one-hour film was shot over seven weeks by Osca Humphreys, the award-winning director of “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.”

The documentary follows Boyle both in and out of the studio as she prepares to launch her third album, and features interviews with friends and associates, including mentor Simon Cowell, who is largely credited with discovering Boyle through “Britain’s Got Talent.”

Boyle’s “I Dreamed a Dream” audition video amazed audiences worldwide, turning her into an overnight sensation.  The documentary shows Boyle adjusting to her sudden success and paints an “intimate, revealing and honest portrait” of the woman who captivated millions.

Boyle’s audition video currently has over 77 million views on Youtube.  Since her time on “Britain’s Got Talent,” she has sold over 14 million albums worldwide.
