Future Mayor of West Hollywood? According to his Twitter profile, that is what Prince Federic von Anhalt aspires to be. Prince Frederic von Anhalt, the ninth husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, has officially declared that he will be a candidate for mayor of Los Angeles in the 2013 race. This is Prince Frederic’s second political bid, after he dropped out of the race for governor of California in 2010 because of his wife’s deteriorating health.

Prince Frederic is running on a platform that seeks to create jobs, cut taxes, and fix the city’s infrastructure.

His primary focus, if elected mayor is to end homelessness. In an interview with TMZ, Prince Fredric, who lives in Beverly Hills, said, “400,000 people out of jobs and 40,000 homeless. I see people eating out of the trash cans every day. This must end.”

Von Anhalt has yet to specify which political party he belongs to according to Digital Spy.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt first launched his campaign for mayor with a huge billboard poster on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, the same billboard where earlier he announced his 25th anniversary to his wife Zsa Zsa Gabor.
