President Obama continued to rankle members of the GOP Friday after signing two more executive orders.  The president has come under fire from the GOP presidential candidates for bypassing Congress in an effort to push his agenda.

Friday’s executive orders were signed in an attempt to stimulate the economy and get America back to work.

“With too many families struggling and too many businesses fighting to keep their doors open, we can't wait for Congress to take action,” Obama said in a statement.

The first executive order establishes an online site called BusinessUSA which will assist companies in finding federal information.  The site will be fully operational within 90 days.

Speeding up federal research and development is at the crux of the other executive order.

These two presidential actions are the latest in a string of moves made by Obama this week.  Earlier this week the president announced the signing of an executive order to assist upside-down homeowners with refinancing their mortgages and one that will give student loan relief to students.

House Speaker John Boehner called the president’s attempt to circumvent Congress “laughable.”
