Jennifer Lopez Finds Herself In Tears During Performance
The audience in Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun casino got more than they bargained for when Lopez told them, "I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love. A lot has changed since then." The song was written in 1999, around the time Lopez was still dating Diddy.
Lopez then gave a rendition of “Until It Beats No More” while dancers re-enacted scenes from her past relationships. People magazine reports that a Lopez lookalike danced around men that resembled her past loves, Diddy, Ben Affleck, Cris Judd, and Anthony. "I took a trip down memory lane," Lopez reportedly told a supportive crowd, who began to clap for her.
Post-concert, the star spoke with “Access Hollywood”, explaining why she got emotional. "After I sang the song, I'm standing there, and I realized that I did bare a little bit of my thoughts in this song. I also acted it out, kind of, for the audience. The way they received it was very touching. I think they felt that, and I felt it from them. It kind of overwhelmed me.”
Lopez, 42, split from Anthony, her third husband, in July, after seven years of marriage. The former pair has two twins together. Lately, rumors have been swirling about a blooming romance between the singer and actor Bradley Cooper.
