A study from the Pew Research Center finds that newspapers are still a popular source for local communities.

While TV is most popular for weather reports and breaking news, newspapers are more popular for nearly all other types of information. The study also finds that internet has a strong hold on communities -- being a key source for information on local business and restaurants.
