Jamie Waylett, who played one of Draco Malfoy’s cronies Vincent Crabbe, has been charged for violent disorder according to UK reports. The 22-year old was reportedly armed with a homemade petrol bomb with the intent of using it during the London riots in August. He is also charged with stealing a bottle of champagne during the looting which was caught on a surveillance video.

Waylett has also been accused for growing cannabis in his home and may face a 14-year sentence. He acted in six of the eight Potter films but did not appear in the last two films because he had to complete 120 hours of community service for growing cannabis in 2009.
