Ridley and Tony Scott have proven themselves as TV tour de forces already (see: “The Good Wife”), and have signed on with AMC to develop a new drama. “Low Winter Sun” will focus on diamond trade politics and intrigue, and will be a welcome addition to the network’s ever expanding roster of original programming. The Coen Brothers are juggling a few projects around right now, and one of them includes the ‘60s folk music film Inside Llewyn Dave, which will be starring Oscar Isaac (Drive). (Deadline)
Ryan Murphy just launched “American Horror Story” on FX, and is already gearing up for a new show: this time, it’ll be a comedy on NBC. (EW)
