Jonathan Franzen’s The Corrections was rumored to be getting the big screen treatment, but instead the author himself has confirmed that the novel will be adapted into a TV show instead. (Twitter via the New Yorker)

To those fans eagerly awaiting the e-book versions of the Harry Potter novels, the wait will have to be just a little longer: while the Pottermore site is currently open to its trial audience, the site’s shop will not be open until early 2012. (EW)
