Former wife of late O.J. Simpson defense attorney Robert Kardashian and dear friend to Nicole Brown Simpson, Kris Jenner lays bare a guilty secret in her new memoir “Kris Jenner…And All Things Kardashian.”

Kris divulged her last conversation with Nicole Simpson, the morning before her death.

"Nicole said, ‘Can you get over here...? I need to talk to you. It's really important,’” writes Kris.  Kris, a busy mother dealing with children from two marriages, asked that the meeting be put off until the next day, to which Nicole responded, “I really have to talk to you about something really, really important."

Kris awoke the next morning to the news of her friend’s murder.  "I instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death," she wrote.

The memoir speaks of Kris’ remorse, knowing that she could have quite possibly altered the tragic fate of Nicole Simpson.

“I truly couldn’t believe she had been so betrayed by the person who she had once loved most. That O.J. would be so destructive and selfish and jealous. That he would do that to her was just mind-blowing to me. All these thoughts were running through my mind: This can’t be true.”
